Sample Environment:

PeopleTools 8.59.09 (upgrade from PT 8.57.xx)
FSCM 9.2 (upgrade from FSCM 9.1)
AIX 7.2 web server platform

Issue:

After upgrade from FSCM 9.1 (Tools 8.57) to FSCM 9.2 (Tools 8.59.09), the Journal upload functionality is failing with the following error, as seen in the Integration Broker(IB) errorlog.html.
The functionality was working prior to the upgrade.
