Goal

When uploading One Time Positive Input for Pay Group with wrong Calendar ID (calendar ID of other Pay Group), the Excel to CI did not throw error. Instead the data can be uploaded successfully. While adding same data via online page, the system will shown an error message for Calendar ID field saying "Invalid Value"
