Symptoms

Receive error when saving a requisition.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
     1. Navigate : eProcurement >> Create Requisition
     2. Add an item to the cart
     3. Click the Cart Icon
     4. Click Checkout Icon
     5. Click Submit Button
     Issue : Receive an error
