Symptoms

When printing a bill with a Japanese customer the address details are not printed in the right order. The bill prints with the country, zip code first, then city, Address 1, Address 2, the Customer Name and then lastly the Contact Name.

It should be the Contact Name, Customer Name, Address 1-2, City, Zip Code and country.

Replication Steps:
-----------------------
1. Enter a bill with the customer from Japan. ( Billing - Maintain Bill - standard bill)
2. Finalize and print the bill. ( Billing - Generate Bills - Non-consolidated - Finalize and print)
3. PDF file for print bill shows the incorrect order of customer name and address.
