Last updated on JULY 11, 2022
Applies to:
PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Academic Advisement - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Is there delivered configuration that allows the hiding of certain courses and other information, such as the Satisfied Academic Requirement line?
Example scenarios, raised by one or more schools, include:
- Hiding courses already taken/Planned in Plan by my requirement.
- Hiding Satisfied Academic Requirement line until all the courses are completed. For instance, if student has to take 6 courses, one of the courses already taken and the other one is only planned, it shows as satisfied, when one of the courses is truly not yet taken, but still planned and in the unassigned courses bucket.
- Restricting or controlling the courses from the Course/browse Catalog that are available to select/view in student Planner.
