Symptoms
Users are able to select Active Effective Date Budgetary Only Accounts while creating Accounting Entry Templates
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a Budgetary Only Account or Update and Create an Active Effective Date Budgetary Only Account
Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Design ChartFields > Define Values > Define ChartField Value | Account
2. Create or Update existing Accounting Entries with the Budgetary Only Account and Save
Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Asset Management > Accounting > AM Accounting Entry Templates
3. The same Account can be Selected while Creating AM Accounting Entries en Masse
Navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Asset Management > Accounting > AM Acctg Templates en Masse
