Symptoms
When running the RTI process (GPGB_RTI_TRN) it goes to No Success and the below error is seen in the Process Monitor page:
Steps to Replicate Issue:
Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt > Taxes > Process RTI GBR > Process RTI GBRR and fill in the fields below:
1. Select RTI Transaction as Full Payment Submission
2. Tax Year-End as 2021
3. Select a Pay Entity
4. XML Filename as .xml
5. Select the calendar Group ID
6. Click the Run button
7. Process goes to No Success and in Process Monitor page the above error is noticed.
