ELM 9.2: Learning Component Roster Displays Status Attended and Grade Passed when Learner has Failed the SCORM 2004 Content (Doc ID 2882803.1)

Symptoms

Learning Component Roster displays status Attended and Grade Passed when Learner has Failed the SCORM 2004 Content.

Expected Behavior


Learning Component Roster should display status Attended and Grade Failed when Learner has failed the SCORM 2004 Content with the Raw Score.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Prerequisites:
Display Raw Score Checked on Content page
Navigation: Set Up ELM > Catalog >Content

Then

1. Log in as a Learner

2. click Learning Tile

3. Search for the Class with Learning Component type Web-based with SCORM 2004 content

4. {click} Launch link, which enrolls and launches content.

5. The SCORM 2004 content starts, {click} Next button at bottom of the content to move through the slides and complete the Knowledge Check slide.

    with a failing score for the content. Then, {click} Next on top of ELM Table of Content (TOC) frame

7. {click} Next button at bottom of the content to move through the slides and complete the

Knowledge Check receive a failing score

8. click Save and Finish.

9. Log in as an Administrator and navigate to Administer Class Roster

Navigation:  Talent Administrator tile > Enterprise Learning tile > click left navigation Learner Tasks > click left navigation Administer Class Roster > click Learning Component Roster

10. Notice Learning Component Roster displays the Learner with Attended and Passed with a failed score.
