E-ES: PTSF_GENFEED Incremental Build Is Not Indexing All the Updates (Doc ID 2882927.1)

Symptoms

Incremental Index process is running successfully, but the search doesn't return all the values. The incremental indexing process PTSF_GENFEED it self doesn't index all the updates, it pushes only some of the changes to Elasticsearch.
