What is the Reason for Duplicate delivered role names in PeopleSoft ?

There are 16 roles in PeopleSoft with the same name and only a difference in capitalization. Why PeopleSoft has the same role name with difference in capitalization? Could you please help to understand the logic behind the name duplication of these roles.
