Symptoms
When the user uses the same Run Control ID of another user, the Mass Validation Process (PV_OS_MASVLD) does not work.
Note: In the Replication Steps, User Details / Company Names / Addresses / Emails / Telephone Numbers / Etc. are fictitious (based upon made-up data used in the Oracle DEMO Environments), any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as User VP1
2. Click eProcurement Tile > Administer Order Sheets
3. Click Order Sheet Processes
4. Click Mass Validate > Create Run Control TEST01
5. Enter GL Bu and Click Search
6. Select Order Sheets
7. Run PV_OS_MASVLD process
8. Check the Message Log (The number of selected sheets will be displayed)
9. Login as VP5
10. Navigate : eProcurement > Administer Order Sheets > Order Sheet Processes> Mass Validate
11. Use same run control of VP1 (TEST01)
12. Click Search and Select Order Sheets
13. Run PV_OS_MASVLD process
14. Check the message Log
Issue : The number of selected sheets is zero
