Symptoms
Multiple Issues on Event Edited Email Notifications

Case 1:
1. Navigate : Supplier Contracts > Supplier Contracts Setup > Installation Options > Supplier Contract Management
No Rendering Functionality
2. Navigate : Suppliers > Supplier Information > Add/Update > Add/Update
Supplier > 0000000044
Enter email address for contacts
3. Navigate : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details
Create an event
Click Event Settings and Options
Uncheck Allow Bidder XML Downloads
Add an item
Add the Bidder 0000000044
Save and Click Add an RFx Document
Select Contract Style and Click Create Document
Answer the questions
Click Complete Document
Go back to Event and Click Save
Click Post
Click ok for “This will submit the Event for Approval (18058, 207)”
4. Check the Email
Email contains only the pdf file (This is correct)
5. Go back to PeopleSoft page
Change the End Date and Save
Click Yes for Do you want to recreate the Event Files? (18058,1003)
Issue 1 : Allow Bidder XML Downloads is unchecked but system throws the message
There is a newly authored RFx document. (18058,8253)
Click Yes
Open the Email
Issue 2 : Event Edited Notification contains the xml file along with pdf
Open the Event
Click Yes for Do you want to recreate the Event Files? (18058,1003)
Observation : This message is not displayed

Case 2:
1. Create another Event
Navigate : Sourcing > Create Events > Create Event Details
Create an event (0000000186)
Click Event Settings and Options
Uncheck Allow Bidder XML Downloads
Add an item
Add the Bidder 0000000044
Save and Click Add an RFx Document
Select Contract Style and Click Create Document
Answer the questions
Click Complete Document
Go back to Event and Click Save
Click Post
Click ok for “This will submit the Event for Approval”
