GPCORE: Attachments Section Not Found in Self Service Banking Tile (Doc ID 2883545.1)

Symptoms

Attachments section not found on the Employee self service bank accounts tile. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to FLUID Employee Self service > Banking Tile > Bank Accounts
2. Add new account, Observe that there is no option to Attach file
