Symptoms
Future Dated Manager Name appears under Job card instead of Current Manager
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Workforce Administration-> Job Information-> Job Data], Create a transfer record in Job Data, and set the effective date to a future date
2. Mouse over the name on the top left, Manager Name will show 'Future dated Manager'
