Symptoms
Employee has been transferred from a biweekly to a weekly pay group in the first day of second week of the biweekly period.
When created the paysheet, the additional pay was paid in both pay groups and all pay lines have the "OK to Pay" checked.
This caused employee paid the additional pay amount doubled.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee transferred from a biweekly Pay Group to a weekly Pay Group in the first day of second week of the biweekly period.
2. Add some additional pay for the employee.
3. Create paysheet for both pay groups.
