The "Benefits Statements" Step On The Onboarding Activity Guide Does Not Work (Doc ID 2884590.1)

Symptoms

The Benefits Statement step using Service ID BN_BNE_STATEMENT was added to the Onboarding Activity Guide Category. When you sign in as an employee, click on the OnBoarding Tile, go to the “Benefits Enrollment Step” then click on the “Next” button to go to “Benefits
Statement”, nothing happens on the screen. When you click on the Summary” step, you see that the Benefits Statement step has not been visited and the Mark Complete button is greyed out.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Activity Guide Category: ONBOARDING (Navigation: Enterprise Components > Activity Guide Composer > AG Composer Categories)
2. Add Benefit Statements as a Sub Step
3. Logon as employee and click on the OnBoarding Tile
4. Go to the Benefits Step
5. On the Benefits Statement Sub Step, Mark Complete is greyed out
