Symptoms
During Benefit Administration Event Maintenance Process, events did not default an employee's election to Waive when they are finalized if he/she does not make an election.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run the Benefits Administration process (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
2. Review results of processing in Update Event Status (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Update Event Status).
