Allocation Datetime Stamp Is Getting Changed On The Stock Request After The Pick Confirm & Shipping Action is Performed (Doc ID 2885038.1)

Symptoms


When the Pick and shipping actions are performed system is changing the allocation date/time stamp on the stock request.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to : Items > Define Items and Attributes > Define Item and pick an Inventory Item and add to a Par.
  2. Navigate to : Inventory > Replenish Par Location > Count Par Location Levels and perform Par Count to create a MSR Stock request.
  3. Navigate to : Inventory > Fulfill Stock Orders > Stock Requests > Reserve Materials Process and run the Order Reserve Process. Verify that Order is reserved successfully.
  4. Navigate to : Inventory > Fulfill Stock Orders > Picking > Order Release Request and run the Order Release Process and Verify that Allocation is performed successfully and Pick Batch ID is generated.
  5. Note down the Allocation DatetimeStamp from the Stock Request Page. The allocation Datetime should be not updated.
  6. Navigate to : Inventory > Fulfill Stock Orders > Picking > Material Picking Feedback and perform the Picking Feedback for the Pick Batch ID and advance to Ship.
  7. Go back to the Stock Request Page and verify the Allocation DatetimeStamp.
  8. Issue: Allocation date/time stamp is getting changed\updated on the stock request after the Pick Confirm and Shipping action is performed.
