E-RD: "Your PeopleSoft connection has expired" When Trying to View Reports from Report Manager LIST tab (Doc ID 2885048.1)

When clicking on a report link in the LIST tab from Report Manger, users are kicked out of the session with the following error...

Your PeopleSoft connection has expired

However, users are able to view output successfully from Process Monitor or Administration tab in Report Manager.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit any process request to web output destination
2. Navigate to Report Manager LIST tab (Reporting Tools > Report Manager)
3. Click on report to observe error
