GP/AM: How to Add Missing Calendar to Already Processed (not Finalized) Calendar Group (Doc ID 2885467.1)

Symptoms

When reviewing Absence or Global Payroll results, user found no results were included for a specific Pay Group of Employees.

  1. Main Menu>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Absence and Payroll Processing>Calculate Absence and Payroll.
  2. Enter run control information and run the calculation (to success).
  3. Main Menu>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Review Absence/Payroll Info>Results by Calendar Group.
  4. Attempt to review specific Pay Group of employees and note none of them are included in this run.
  5. Review for error messages and see there are none (Main Menu>Global Payroll and Absence Management>Review Absence/Payroll Info>Payee Messages).
