HCM: Employee Address Change Approval Request is Not Showing the Approval Chain (Doc ID 2885782.1)

Symptoms

Employee Address Change not showing approval chain when transaction in Approval Process has no Approvers. 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as an Employee
2. navigate to Employee Self Service >click Personal Details Tile > click Addresses
3. Update Home address and click Save button
Then
4. Log in as an Administrator
5. Navigate to Workforce Administration > Self Service Transactions > Employee Address Change
6. search for Employee that made the Address change and click the details Icon, and notices that Approval Chain is not displayed.
