Symptoms
The Badge Detail is a hyperlink on the primary Manage Time Reporter Data page.
This hyperlink directs to a secondary popup page.
And this popup is not showing the badge details of the employee though employee has TCD data.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporter
2. Click on Badge Detail link
3. Time Reporter - Batch Details subpage doesn't show the information.
