E-PN: Content Provider Database's Notification Settings Page Does not Show All the Data if Navigating through the Portal Database (Doc ID 2886332.1)

Symptoms

This site's FSCM database contains 16 rows of data for the Notification Settings page if the administrator logs into the FSCM environment directly. But, only five rows of data are shown when navigating through the Portal environment to the FSCM environment.

The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

1. Log in to PIA in the Portal environment.

2. Navigate to FSCM > PeopleTools > Notifications > Notification Administration > Notification Settings using Navigator.

3. Observe that there are only five rows of data.
