Symptoms
When using Fluid Apply for Graduation, on step 4 of 5 on the Contact Detail component (SSR_GD_RVCONT_FL), an error displays, with the following as the first line of the error:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Starting on Student Homepage, navigate to Academic Records > Apply for Graduation.
- Proceed with the steps, and note the error displayed on the Step 4 of 5 Contact Detail page.

The issue occurs after applying the Apply for Graduation functionality delivered in <Bug 33841632>-SR FLUID: APPLY FOR GRADUATION
