The error will occur when accessing a run control that had one or more of the parameters - institution, aid year, or career - modified. The error will not occur when using a newly saved run control for the first time, or using an existing run control that has never been modified.

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Budgets > Assign Budgets > Adjust Pell Budgets in Batch.
  2. Add a new run control value and save.
  3. On the same existing run control, change the aid year, which will also require re-entry of the career, then save.
