Attempting to deploy HCM 9.2 PUM 43 or PT 8.58.20 and higher on Windows fail on Step: Installing PSFT Relocatable Puppet Software.

Steps:
1.) Download the PUM Image or PeopleTools DPK zip files.
2.) Extract the first zip file.
3.) Run the deployment script - psft-dpk-setup.bat.
