ETL9.2: 'Do You Want to Save your Changes?' shows up though no change has been made on Weekly Time Entry page. (Doc ID 2887057.1)

On Employee Self-Service, Weekly Time Entry, when an employee with a Full-Time (Empl_RCd = 0) and and a Part-Time (Empl_Rcd = 1) clicks on the Job field dropdown, the message 'Do you want to save your changes?' shows up in error though no change has been made yet.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in as Employee with Multiple Jobs
2. Navigate to Employee Self Service-> Time-> Weekly Time Entry
3. Try to change Job from Dropdown list
4. Warning message is popped up.
