Symptoms

The Date of Birth is appearing twice on the "Eligibility and Identity" tab when creating an Applicant in Recruiting

Steps to replicate the issue:
   1. Navigate to Recruiting > Create Applicant
   2. On Eligibility and Identity tab, note that Date of Birth shows twice
