EAR 9.2 : Dunning Letter Is Not Getting Printed In Selected Language

Symptoms
Dunning Letter is not printing in selected language completely. The report contain words in two languages English and selected language whereas it should have only contain the selected language.
STEPS
1. Login to a multi language environment
2. Go to extract dunning info page and select language as Dutch in the run control page
3. Run Dunning job
4. Go to report manger and check the reports
5. Its coming in mixed languages
