Symptoms
In the View/Update Item details page the 2nd tab "Details2" is shown as "D&etails2" when logged in French.
STEPS
1. Login into Peoplesoft in French language
2. Go to Account Receivable > Customer Accounts > View/Update Item details
3. Search for any item and see the details2 tab and notice its not written correctly
