E-KB: Map Zoom Is Not Working As Expected After Modifying the Filters on the Dashboard (Doc ID 2887422.1)

Symptoms

When using Kibana 7.10:

Map Zoom functionality is not working as expected on the dashboard when empty filter is added and removed.

Replication:

1) When the map is loaded  initially, the preload code written for the map loads the map with the required Zoom. 

2) When there is a filter created on the dashboard that returns data, the map realigns to the new data as expected and when the filter is closed, the map is reset to the original view which is expected.

3) However, when the filter is created that doesn't return any data, as expected map becomes completely blank along with other visualizations in the dashboard which is also expected. However, once the filter is closed, map shows the whole world map as its getting refreshed within Kibana and it doesn't consider the code written for preload as the dashboard is already open.
