Symptoms
When attempting to Run the Student Advisor Assignment process the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Record and Enrollment -> Student Background Information -> Student Advisor Assignment Job
2. Select parameters
3. Once process completes note error in log file
