Symptoms
A Benefits Administration hire event processed to a status of Program Eligibility Assigned None.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Hire an employee (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data).
2. Run On-Demand Event Maintenance to process the BAS Activity record created by the previous action (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance).
3. Event processes to Program Eligibility Assigned None.
