Symptoms
When attempting to access fluid payable time page,
the following error occurs
"Invalid date.
TL_TIME_VIEW.PayableTime.OnExecute Name:SetCurrentTimePeriod PCPC:24767 Statement:239
Called from:TL_PAYBTIME_FLU.GBL.PostBuild Statement:122
An invalid date has been encountered in a PeopleCode program."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Team Time tile.
2. Enter Time using a filter.
3. Open Employee's Enter Time page.
4. Select Payable Time in left navigation bar that triggers an error.
