'Not Enrolled, Class ##### Full. (14640,7)' Error When Enrolling into a Class. (Doc ID 2888348.1)

Symptoms

When user attempts to enroll a student using Permission Number for Laboratory Component from Enrollment request navigation , the same student gets enrolled in Lecture Component as well although the Facility capacity was already full for lecture component. User receives below mentioned error , while attempting to enroll a student to lab component without Permission Number.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Main Menu>Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Institution Table > Academic Institution 5 tab.
    1. Enable Edit facility capacity against enrollment on class limit override

    2.  Select Reject with Error Message= Y

    3.  Edit facility capacity against enrollment total on class limit permission

    4. Select Reject with Error Message

  2. Main Menu > Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > Maintain Schedule of Classes.
  3. Main Menu>Records and Enrollment>Term Processing>Class Permissions>Class Permissions.
  4. Navigate to Main Menu> Records and Enrollment> Enroll Students>Enrollment Request.
  5. For the first enrollment attempt do not use a permission number > Click submit.
