PI43 Saved Absence Displays Suitcase Icon In Timesheet And The Day Is Not Available To Input Punch

Symptoms
Full Day Absence which is saved and not submitted is reflecting as reported hours in Time Summary as well as Enter Time page along with absence icon (Suitcase Icon).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ESS > Time tile > Request Absence
2. Choose an Absence and give appropriate leave dates and click on “Save for Later” button.
3. Check the status of the transaction.
4. Navigate to ESS > Time tile > Enter Time
