E-PIA: RTE Enabled Field Spellcheck Returns Words With Aspostrophe's As Exceptions

Symptoms
When using Spell Check within a RTE enabled Field it returns words with apostrophe's as exceptions. The specific character apostrophe when typed into a Rich Text field should not be returned as exception
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Fluid Homepage > Manager Self Service
2. Click "Performance Review" Tile
3. Open a Performance Document
4. Go to Manager Comments > Write a Text that contains the apostrophe like don't , can't , won't, etc.
5. Click in Spell Check
Spell Check shows the words containing the apostrophe like don't , can't , won't, as misspelled words
