Symptoms

When attempting to validate the transcripts template, the following error occurs.
 



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Word, Go to File Menu > Click Open 
  2. Open the Problem Template (Ex.SSR_TSRPT_L1.rtf)
  3. Click on BI Publisher Tab & Then 
  4. Click on Tools Icon & Then
  5. Click on Validate Template
