Activity Management Workcenter - Students Result Notes Disappearing After exiting the Page (Doc ID 2888926.1)

Symptoms

The result notes values are not getting saved to the database properly on Activity Management WorkCenter > Activity Result Roster Page. This issue occurs only when faculty login to self service and access the activity management WorkCenter to enter result notes.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login as Faculty
  2. Navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Activity Management WorkCenter
  3. Click on Subject then Click On Result Roster Icon
  4. Enter Marks & Result Note
  5. Save the Changes
  6. Go Back to Activity Management WorkCenter & Click on Subject
  7. Verify the Results Note.
