HR_TREEBLD Process Staying Stuck In Pending Status (Doc ID 2888967.1)

Symptoms

While running the Tree Builder process for Company Directory the Application Engine HR_TREEBLD gets in Pending status without ever going to success.

 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Login to PeopleSoft HCM.
  2. Go to: Set Up HCM > System Administration > Utilities > Job Tree Builder > Tree Builder Run Control.
  3. Add a Run Control ID
  4. Set the parameters to build the Company Directory.
