ELM 9.X: JOBCODE_SYNC Message Receives an Error Message "Error Finding Item" But Message has a Done Status

Symptoms
After integrating service operation JOBCODE_SYNC in HCM environment to ELM environment and If an Administrator modifies a Job code in HCM environment, functionality triggers a JOBCODE_SYNC message to ELM environment, and the message receives an error message in ELM environment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Ensure JOBCODE_SYNC service operation/message is configured and Active in HCM and ELM environments.
2) Update an existing JOBCODE row in HCM environment
Navigation: Foundation Tables > Job Attributes > Define Job Codes
3) Save in HCM environment, which triggers and publishes the JOBCODE_SYNC message and subscribes in ELM.
4) In ELM environment, from Asynchronous Process monitor, review the JOBCODE_SYNC message and notice status is
Done, but received an error message "Error Finding Item".
