Goal
OS-HELP Scheduled Validation error SV00047 Loan Fee E529 must be populated for OS-HELP Debts
The error appears to be caused during transmission of data from the University to TCSI via the API.
TCSI rules state that a value of ‘0’ is to be reported at E529 Loan Fee for exempt students (includes students that do not incur a Loan Fee). Students taking up an OS-HELP loan do not incur a loan fee. An amount of ‘0’ is reported at E529 .There is no capacity to do anything to this record via this page other than delete it. There is no obvious error on the page.
