File Mapping ID Missing On External Award File Summary Page After Running the External Award Staging Process (Doc ID 2889346.1)

After running the External Award Staging process - SFA_EA_STAGE Application Engine - the process instance ends in success, but the File Mapping ID, specified on the run control when running the process, is not populated on the External Award Load Summary page. The staging records may or may not have loaded, but without the File Mapping ID, any records loaded to staging may not be selected when running the External Award Load process. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Financial Aid > Awards > External Awards > External Award Staging Process.
2. Populate the parameters, including the File Mapping ID, and run the process. 
3. Navigate to  Financial Aid > Awards > External Awards > External Award Load Summary, and note the file mapping ID is blank, instead of the value specified in step 2.
