Symptoms

When attempting to run the Process CL 4 Outbound Records FAPLCOD4 cobol, the following error occurs:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Financial Aid > File Management > CommonLine Loans > Process CL 4 Outbound Records > Process CL 4 Outbound Files and run the process.
  2. Click link to Process Monitor and note when process finishes in Error status.
  3. Review FAPLCOD4 log file for the error message details.
