Symptoms

General Ledger WorkCenter tile is not loading after Image 43 update.  Instead, it's landing to ‘Welcome to WorkCenter’ in Fluid.
This works before in Classic mode.

Steps to replicate:

1.  Log in to PeopleSoft.
2.  Click on GL WorkCenter tile.
