Symptoms
The Benefits Administration Event for a rehired employee processes to Prepared Status but does not show any plans available for election.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Rehire a prior employee (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data).
2. Run On-Demand Event Maintenance process (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance).
2. See the Status of Prepared and no plans available for selection.
