Symptoms
The following error shows when trying to add fields from JOB record to a fluid subpage in App designer.
Checked JOB does not have runtime definition checked.

Runtime Records/Fields cannot be added to Design Time Pages (46,87)
This issue will only happen when using drag/drop of a Record or a Record Field onto a Page (in order to populate the Page Fields) AND the RECUSE value of the Record is non-zero. Record settings that would cause RECUSE to be non-zero are:
a. Any of the Audit Options being set from the Record Properties dialog (unexpected behavior).
b. If the Record is a Runtime Definition (expected behavior).
