E-AD: " GoTo 'Statement Number' " functionality In Application Designer Is Not Working Properly When There Are Chinese Characters (Doc ID 2889712.1)

Symptoms

In Application Designer when there is any code with Chinese Characters, the GoTo "Statement Number" functionality is not working properly.

 For example in the below screenshot there are 5 lines starting from 0 to 4. When user uses  GoTo "Statement Number" and selects 2 which got chinese characters, it highlights the line other than 2.
