In Fluid Position Management While Adding a Row, Future Dated Row Data is Being Copied to Current Row (Doc ID 2889733.1)

After adding a New row in a fluid position, the system copies the values from the "future" row instead of the previous row.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Workforce administrator-->Position Management Tile-->Manage Position, search for a position
2. Position Details, Click Add Row and Add a future row
3. Modify the following: Status – from A to I, Headcount – from 1 to 3, Title – add “-test”
4. Click on Submit
5. Add a new row with effdt equal to the current date
6. Observe the values
