E-508: Unable to Close Grid Action Menu on Classic Plus (Doc ID 2889799.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to close the grid action menu without choosing a menu item. If user select the ESC button on the keyboard it will close the grid action menu but doing so refreshes the page and the user is taken back to the top of the page.

This happens with all grids on Classic Plus.

Example steps to replicate:

  1. Login as PS with "Enable Screen Reader Mode" selected
  2. Select the Talent Administrator homepage dropdown
  3. Select the Enterprise Learning Tile
  4. Select the Learner Tasks folder
  5. Select View All Learning link
  6. Select the Search button without entering any criteria
  7. Select the Grid Action Menu button to expand
  8. User is unable to close the grid action menu
